語音無法播放
確認裝置不是靜音、提高媒體音量後重新開啟 App。所有教學語音皆位於裝置本機，不需要網路。
學習進度與重裝
進度只存在目前裝置。刪除 App 會移除學習紀錄，目前不提供帳號登入或跨裝置復原。
日檢日期倒數
首頁可選擇是否啟用日檢倒數並自行設定考試日期；不參加考試時可隨時關閉。
30／60 元支持
支持項目是自願性的一次性消耗型購買，不會解鎖必要功能，也不會自動續訂。付款問題請透過 Apple 購買紀錄處理。
付款與退款
所有 App 內購買均由 Apple 處理。若購買項目、收據或退款有問題，請前往 Apple 的「回報問題」服務查詢。

Support in English
ASADA Japanese supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. Learning progress is stored locally and cannot currently be restored across devices. Audio is bundled with the app and does not require a network connection. For App Store billing or refund questions, use Apple’s Report a Problem service above.
